Shipping

Once you place your order it takes 1 - 8 days for us to process and ship your items (most orders are shipped within 3 days but depends on the type of product).

Once your order is packaged & shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking (USPS or UPS). If you feel the need to get more information on your order, feel free to email us at support@straightoutta-apparel.com. We will help you with any question you have.

Please note that ALL products are made on demand. This means they will go into production soon after your place the order in our store. Production time ranges from 3 up to 8 days, then shipping time can take 2-7 days.

IMPORTANT! We cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas 2019 for all orders made after December 11th. We believe many parcels will still be delivered in time, however because of parcel services having delays in December, we are unable to guarantee it.
